The wheel is on screen and ready the moment the page loads. No splash screen, no account wall, no "install our app" banner between you and an answer.
About Us
We make a free, fast Yes or No Wheel — a spinning yes or no generator with honest odds, an optional Maybe, best-of matches, and a history that stays on your device.
Our craft
One question. One fair spin.
Ask, spin, read the pointer. Everything on this site is designed around making that loop fast, fair, and satisfying.

What we make
yesornogame.app is the home of the Yes or No Wheel. You type a question if you like, spin, and a gold pointer lands on YES or NO — or MAYBE, if you add it. Under the hood, the answer is drawn first with crypto.getRandomValues and unbiased rejection sampling; the wheel then glides to a point safely inside the winning slice.
The wheel is drawn as SVG, animated frame by frame, and every sound — the launch, the tick of each slice passing the pointer, the answer chime — is synthesized live with the Web Audio API. There is no download and nothing to install: the game is the website, and your tallies live in local browser storage.
The rules, odds, and settings described in our how-it-works guide and FAQ match this exact build.
Origins
People have always handed hard-to-call choices to chance. The yes or no wheel is simply the newest, most watchable version of that idea.
Leaving a decision to chance is one of the oldest human habits. Casting lots appears throughout ancient texts, and the Romans called a coin toss "navia aut caput" — ship or head — after the two sides of their coins. The point was never the coin itself, but an outcome nobody could argue with.
Spinning wheels have been a symbol of chance since the medieval Rota Fortunae, and later became the centrepiece of fairground games, carnival prize wheels, and television game shows. A wheel adds something a coin does not: a slow, visible build-up that everyone in the room can watch.
yesornogame.app takes the yes-or-no coin flip and puts it on that wheel, tuned for a phone screen. We added the parts we wished other spinners had — honest randomness, a real mute, best-of matches for bigger calls, and a local history — and left out everything that slowed them down.
What we stand for
The wheel is on screen and ready the moment the page loads. No splash screen, no account wall, no "install our app" banner between you and an answer.
Answers are always added as complete sets, so YES and NO (and MAYBE) cover identical shares of the wheel. Each spin is drawn with the browser’s cryptographic random generator before the animation starts.
Tallies, your longest run, and your last 15 answers live in your browser. Questions you type never leave your device, and there is no login holding your history hostage.
Every feature — Maybe mode, best-of matches, slice count, spin length, history — is free. No premium skins, no paywalled settings, no video ads between spins.
Who it is for
The wheel is family-friendly, has no chat, and no store. It is best for light decisions and tie-breaks — for health, money, or legal questions, gather real information first.
Where to eat, whether to go out, one more episode or bed. Small choices that eat more time than they deserve.
A neutral referee on a shared screen. Best of 3 adds drama, and tallies show the wheel is even over time.
Dramatic spin length and extra slices turn a simple yes or no into a moment, with synthesized ticks as the wheel slows.
Why this site
There are plenty of spinners online. This one exists to be the fastest honest answer you can get on any screen.
The question box, the wheel, and the Spin button fit on one portrait screen. Many spinners make you scroll past banners before you can even tap.
One spin feels flimsy for a real decision. A best-of-3 or best-of-5 match keeps score for you and declares a winner — no tallying on paper.
No pop-ups, no fake download buttons, no premium upsell. The guide and FAQ describe this exact wheel and its exact randomness, not a generic write-up.
